NoFeeClaims is owned and operated by Glo-Bed (UK) Ltd
Orders for insertion of advertisements "listing entries"on NoFeeClaims solicitors directory, are accepted subject to the following conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, in these terms the words “advertisement" or "advertising" shall be taken as reference to a solicitors listing entry on NoFeeClaims solciitors directory.
1) Terms of Use
1.1) The placing of an order constitutes a warranty from the advertiser to NoFeeClaims, that the listing entry is legal and that the law firm in the advertisement is recognised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
1.2) NoFeeClaims will place the listing entry on the solicitors directory within 48 hours of receipt of listing details and full payment for advertisement. Listings paid for by cheque or PO shall also be placed within 48 hours, however are subject to removal for non-fulfilment of payment.
1.3) The chosen advertising package shall start on the day the advertisement is placed on the directory, and shall expire at midday on the anniversary of the starting date (2nd or 3rd anniversary if applicable). Details will be provided on the PDF receipt as sent via the contact email address to the named contact placing the listing entry.
1.4) If a listing entry is found to be contrary to 1) above, then NoFeeClaims reserves the right to remove said entry from the directory.
1.5) It is the responsibility of the advertiser to bring to the attention of NoFeeClaims any loss of recognition or legal right to practice law in England and Wales. In such cases NoFeeClaims shall endeavour to remove any advertisement within 48 hours.
1.6) Refunds following the removal of any advertisement which has not reached its expiry date, is at the sole discretion of NoFeeClaims.
2) Listings
2.1) Multiple (2 and 3) Year options are available - each of which attract discounts over 1 year options.
2.2) Multiple Entry Options - are designed for law firms which have offices in more than 1 location (town / county)
3) Payments
3.1) Upon completion and submission of your listing details on the "Advertise on Directory" form, you wil be presented with our payment page. There are currently 2 payment methods:
Online (via paypal) - includes credt/debit card
Cheque / PO (via pdf form)
IWhen paying using Online method we will receive your payment instantly and shall provide an e-receipt once your listing is live.
3.2) If paying via Cheque / PO we will include your lsiting on the directory and invoice you for a single entry for 1 year. You will receive an e-receipt once your payment has cleared.
3.3) If you have chosen multiple entries / years then your receipt will reflect this once payment and completed form have been received.
4.3) Payment must be made on or before that date on the invoice. Failure to make payment as required may attract late payment fees (chargeable at £40 plus interest at 8% above base rate).
4) Privacy Policy
4.1) Upon placing your order, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. These details are required for the purpose of providing notice of renewal of contract, and may occasionally provide details of site updates.
4.2) Your details are held securely offline with no direct connection to the internet.
4.3) Unless required to do so by law, Glo-Bed (UK) Ltd will not share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
5) Warranties and Liabilities
5.1) We do not warrant or guarantee in any way that our site will remain uninterrupted, always available, or error-free.
5.2) Whilst we continually optimise our site for best performance, we do not warrant or guarantee the performance of individual advertisements.
6) Governing Law
4.1) The User Terms and any contract for the supply of services between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
